I am incredibly smitten by Tom Hardy after watching his lead-role performance in the new MMA-centric movie ‘Warrior’. Though it is hard not to remain bias when his biceps, triceps, quadriceps and all his other -ceps looks so bulgingly muscular and keeps distracting me in heartfelt dramatic moments…

I find this movie to be surprisingly heart-warming and dare i say i think i prefer it way better than the Oscar nominated ‘The Fighter’. Oscar buzz please for both Tom Hardy and our very own Aussie-grown Mr. Joel Edgerton.

It is great to see Tom Hardy in a leading dramatic role like this. It’s been quite a growth, both in talent and body mass, from being a scrawny WWII soldier in Band of Brothers, to the adorable mischevous Handsome Rob in RocknRolla, to working with Leo and Chris Nolan for Inception, and now to being the adonistic and heroic Tommy Conlon… Next stop for him, it will be Bane in ‘Dark Knight Rises’.. Aaaa…. *swoon.. Cant wait!
