TOO COOL! Why is it that I cannot resist fury or hairy shoes?

I think I’m a bit obsessed with Native shoes. I find so many things to love about their whole package as a product. From the incredible lightness, to the ice-cream-like colour palette, and not to mention the sophisticated packaging & branding that comes with it.

While browsing through Selectism & High Snobiety I stumbled across this picture of Native’s newly released ‘Howard’. I immediately thought to myself, now this is how proper boat shoes suppose to be. Waterproof - *tick!, Anti-slip - *tick!, designed to complement the rest of your dapper yachting attire - *tick!.

Unlike the crocodile-branded predecessor, who although was brilliant enough to come up with the idea of making shoes out of foam, manage to make rich dudes on yacht look like dorky gardening-enthusiasts. So all i gotta say is well done Native design crew! I’ll be looking forward to ordering a pair as soon its out in stores…
